This package includes 3 training sessions a month. So once a week a training session depending on the players match and training schedules with their respective clubs.

In Season program includes, full body testing with a report, meeting half way into the season, seeing how the program is going, end of season reflection and testing.

Off Season program includes, full body testing with a report, as well as pitch and gym sessions getting the body ready for pre season.
